Studio Brief 04 - Speaking From Experience - Brief Response

Being a First Year -
Over the past 9 months I have learnt many different skills and I am constantly learning new thing about Leeds everyday. It has been an amazing learning curve living away from home, making new friends and just being my own person in a new place. This brief has made me consider all of the aspects of being a student in Leeds and what Leeds has to offer for us young design students, because it really is the London of The North many things to do many places to shop. I soon found this out when moving here, but it has taken me the course of the year to get to grips of finding my way around and figuring out whats a good spot to hang out and whats not. If I had some sort of city guide that helped me understand the best paces to go for students specially ones that are new to the city that would have been great as it would  have saved me a lot of walking.

 The Brief -
Produce a useful city guide that will hep new students around, this can include places to eat, shop, grab a coffee or just to waste some spare time. These are all things that students will always be grateful for, well I know I was. Figure out the best/most interesting way to respond to this brief as it shouldn't be something that they want to chuck away a long with all the other stuff the get given.

Background/Considerations -
Consider the sort of places that are right for students, nothing too expensive  but relevant places for students can go for a night out or to buy some new clothes etc. Also consider that it needs to be places that are unique to Leeds not chain shops.

Deliverables -
